Information packets for the 2011 "An American Salute" trip (June 27 - July 5) are available from Becky.

Here's the Williamsburg checklist:

• Folder with music in concert order - Angel's Carol, Star of Glory, Gloria, Star Carol, This Little Babe, Marvellous Birth, Masters, Jesu, Sleep.
• Tuxedo or black outfit, black shoes, hose, socks
• No necklaces, pins or dangly earrings
• Valuables in car trunk
• Park diagonally on Duke of Gloucester St. at the church location.  To reach Bruton Parish, you may turn left on the street right behind Barnes & Noble parking lot (which faces onto Duke of G. Street).  The church is in the restored area on the left side about 1 1/2 - 2 blocks down.
• Arrive at the church in concert attire or allow 15 minutes to go to the church basement and change (if you need to change, be at the church by 5:30).  Be ready to sing at 5:45 PM.  Since their organist is accompanying us, we want to honor her time.  We'll break by 7:15 PM.
• If you're staying at the Lord Paget, Google directions that will take you directly there.  It cuts off several minutes if you have these directions.
• To reach the Seasons restaurant for our post-concert meal, go back to the Barnes & Noble and turn left.  The restaurant will be on the right corner after 1 long block.
• Be safe going and coming!

 
For Saturday Concert:

• Arrive at 4 PM.  We'll practice in the sanctuary with instrumentalists (2 new ones) until just before 5 PM and then recess to the Chapel.
• All except Grace UMC singers park in school lot.  Grace singers can park on upper church lot near Stonewall Road to make a quick escape after the concert.
• Valuables in trunk or under your seat.
• Items for Matthew's Center
• Black folder with music in concert order
• Tuxedo or black outfit, black shoes, hose, socks

For Sunday Concert:
Be in chapel at 7 PM for 7:30 PM Concert.  Check the website if there's a concern about weather.  Same checklist as above.
 
For Monday at 6:30 PM at Caton Merchant House
Arrive in casual attire - black slacks and polo shirt (new ones ready on Friday) by 6:20 PM.  We'll sing from 6:30-7:05 PM.
 
For Saturday at 12:15 PM at Osbourn HS (Cafeteria) for Toys for Tots - come at 12:05 PM to sing from 12:15 - 12:30 PM.
Casual attire.  Holidays medley, Rudolph, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, etc.  Plan to have fun with the kids and have a sandwich there.  Last appearance, I promise!
